 We are foreign investors who own  4nr properties outright within the Atlanta area and are looking for cash out mortgage deals for 2 of them.  Both are valued at approx $105 to 110k each, Property 1 is a duplex in the Decatur area and property 2, a single family home in Stone Mountain; both were purchased over 12 months ago.
