Anderson Lending Group started out as a family-owned business in Peachtree City, GA in March of 2002. Thanks to a combination of the mortgage climate at that time, a focus on the customer, and low fees, we quickly grew into a mid-sized company operating in several states.
Brian Anderson had a true passion for real estate investing, which quickly led to Anderson Lending Group specializing in investment property financing. This allowed us to build up a large group of loyal customers who trusted us for their investment financing needs, and referred us to everyone they knew. While the investment property market has cooled, Anderson Lending Group remains committed to serving the needs of the real estate investor here in Atlanta, GA. Anderson Lending Group has shifted focus over the last 18 months, and has terminated our mortgage license in Georgia and Florida. We recognized we could best serve our customers as part of a national bank. This would allow us to avoid the problems that brokering loans in this new mortgage market creates.
As of 2010, the core team at Anderson Lending Group are now working as Senior Loan Officers for First National Bank of Layton.
While we now are employees of the bank, we haven’t forgotten what made our company great. Our team is still committed to each customer. Our focus on providing excellent service with great rates and truly helping each customer with their unique situations is still extremely important today!
